Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If your tracking link isn’t updating straight away, don’t worry — it can take up to 24 hours for the courier’s system to refresh. If your parcel seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number (starting with # in your confirmation email) and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

If you purchased on Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Support to resolve any delivery issues.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently deliver directly to customers in the UK, European Union, USA, and Canada. For golfers based outside of these regions, you can still purchase PuttOUT products through our trusted retail partners. Visit our Global Retailers page to find stockists in your country.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–10 business days. A more up to date timeframe will be provided at checkout.

Please keep in mind that any dates/timeframes provided on our website are estimates. On rare occasions, external factors such as carrier delays, strikes, or customs checks may cause your order to take a little longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on orders above a certain threshold in most regions. Eligibility for free shipping will be shown in cart.

Please note that this eligibility will be calculated based on your region and may change when you input your final delivery address.

What is your return policy?

We hope you’ll love your PuttOUT products, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

In most cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label to make the process quick and straightforward. On rare occasions, customers may need to arrange their own return shipping, but our team will let you know if this applies. For more information visit our Refund Policy page.

Do PuttOUT products come with a warranty?

Yes. All PuttOUT products are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, which protects you against faults in materials or workmanship. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Customers in the UK and EU are entitled to further protections under consumer law, which remain unaffected by this warranty.

Can I use PuttOUT training aids indoors and outdoors?

Absolutely. All of our training aids are designed to be used both indoors and outdoors (in dry conditions), making practice easy wherever you are. For best results, we recommend placing them on a flat, smooth surface and storing your products indoors when not in use to maintain their condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In some regions BNPL and region specific payment options like Bancontact & iDeal are also available. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information stays protected.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments on our website are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. Shopify is PCI DSS compliant, which means your payment details are handled to the highest security standards. For your peace of mind, we never store your full payment information on our servers.
